We like to use “Production Time” as opposed to “Turnaround Time” for most items it’s 3 business days, However, Delivery is out of our hands, delivery usually takes 1 business day so keep that in mind, and in regards to large cases and some implant cases, production time will be longer.
We always do our best and will get the case to you as soon as possible, if you need an exact ETA on a complex case just call us and we will let you know.

To connect your intraoral scanner, please reach out and we will guide you through the process. For most IOS we can connect you from our end to ensure a smooth connection experience.
For iTero scanners, you have to call them directly. The iTero hotline is #1800 468 472 and our Lab ID is #313 192. We can only connect iTero scanners for you if you provide your practice ID to VNS Dental Lab customer service.

No, VNS Dental Lab and VTS Dental Lab are separate companies run independently of each other.
In the first year of opening under the name Wollongong Dental Lab, we formed a partnership with VTS to help with their rushed cases as they are an outsourcing lab and can’t facilitate fast turnaround times.
I understand there was some cross promotional material that has been sent to dentists across Australia showcasing both companies at once and this became very confusing to clients of both labs, therefore we have re-branded as VNS Dental Lab to show that we are different companies with different product range and try to eliminate any confusion between the two companies.

As i’m sure you are aware implant componentry varies from system to system so a flat price is hard to provide.
If it’s a single unit case that is compatible with Geo-Medi componentry we offer the bundle including the Zirconia crown for $599 If you have a large implant case or prefer genuine parts we will have to bill on a case by case basis but please contact our technicians on 0492 435 261 and they will be able to assist you and provide a quote.
